What Our Tech Does

We check your pool equipment.

We vacuum your pool.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae. See our No Algae Guarantee.

We net your pool.

We verify your swimming pool cleaner function.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We brush your pool (steps, walls, tiles).

We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.

We evaluate your pool water and apply the proper minerals and chemicals to keep your water in ideal condition.

What the Pool Owner Does

Maintain adequate water level.

Report to us any detection of swimming pool issues.

Keep the pool equipment working and approve repairs when required.

Notes

There could be extra startup charges for the first cleaning & treatment.

Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.

Monthly price is based on a four week billing cycle.

Note: It is OK to downgrade plan types (Full -> Partial & Partial -> Full). Simply contact us to adjust your service.

We offer twice a month service in Ocoee from late Fall to Spring each year.

You will need a Stabilizer Treatment

Filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are necessary for most swimming pools in Florida. A few times per year our service techs need to perform a filter cleaning with acid, remove phosphates and boost the stabilizer. We charge $49 quarterly for our stabilizer package for weekly service customers.
